Meet Samantha

Samantha has been in marketing, project management and development for most of her career, receiving a coveted Who’s Who Female Entrepreneur award.  She has a GC license and a degree in marketing, providing her a strong understanding of design strategies, as well as all aspects of operations and development.

Samantha’s background includes managing operations, construction projects and marketing campaigns for some leading companies in Los Angeles and Orange County, including a worldwide landscape design company, a nationwide mechanical engineering firm and a construction and service firm.  Samantha became a general contractor in 2000, after developing a true passion for the construction industry. “I love watching my customers’ dreams becoming a reality, and being able to put my stamp on projects. Constructing buildings and spaces that become a source of revenue and stability for people is what this is all about for me.”
